The Bounce Back Podcast
My goal with the Bounce Back Podcast Series is to introduce family caregivers to information and resources that will make a positive difference in their quality-of-life…Today! And, it will not require anyone to turn their life inside-out to achieve this. Instead, we will refocus much of what you may already know, introduce new mindsets and incorporate a few pragmatic changes. Magic? Not at all. Just a combination of 20 years of experience working with experts addressing the most important topics to family caregivers, help from fellow family caregivers, and your desire to have a better life and more joy.
